    ounces uncooked fettuccine pasta

  • 1 1/2

    pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 2

    tablespoons olive oil

  • 3

    cups or red bell peppers cut into 1- inch pieces

  • 3

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1

    jar (22 ounces) Prego® Homestyle Alfredo Sauce

How to Make It

    Cook and drain the fettuccine according to the package directions. While the fettuccine is cooking, season the chicken as desired. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes). Remove the chicken from the skillet, cover and keep warm.

    Reduce the heat to medium. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.

    Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss to coat. Season to taste.
