Pulled pork never tasted so good! These irresistible sandwiches feature pork shoulder slowly simmered in a delicious tomato sauce and served on sandwich rolls.

What You'll Need

    pound boneless pork shoulder

  • 3/4

    teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 3/4

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1

    jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce OR Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce

  • 6

    Pepperidge Farm® Plain Kaiser Rolls

  • 6

    slice provolone cheese (about 6 ounces)

How to Make It

    Season the pork with the salt, black pepper and garlic powder.  Place the pork into a 6-quart slow cooker.  Pour the sauce over the pork.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.  Remove the pork to a cutting board.  Spoon off any fat from the sauce in the cooker.

    Using 2 forks, shred the pork.  Return the pork to the cooker.  Divide the pork mixture among the rolls.  Top with the cheese.
